AVP – Insurer Relationships

Build and manage strategic relationships with leading insurers while driving business growth and partnerships.

About Role

You will be responsible for strengthening and expanding relationships with insurance partners while working closely with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of business, product, and partnerships, requiring strong stakeholder management and industry understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurer partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to expand business across insurer verticals
  • Coordinate internally to resolve partner queries efficiently
  • Support execution of platform solutions with product and tech teams
  • Monitor performance metrics and improve partner outcomes
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in insurance / BFSI
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and distribution
  • Experience in key account management / bancassurance / B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • MBA or equivalent preferred
