Business Head – Wealth Management Partnerships

Lead wealth partnerships and drive revenue growth across HNI, family office, and institutional segments.

About Role

You will be responsible for building and scaling partnerships within the wealth management ecosystem, focusing on structured financial products.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role involving strategic relationship building, revenue ownership, and end-to-end execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across key wealth partnerships
  • Build and expand relationships with HNIs, family offices, PMS, and AIFs
  • Develop new business opportunities and client networks
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve revenue targets
  • Ensure compliance, SLAs, and operational efficiency
  • Support new business pitches and partnership expansion
  • Analyze performance data and present insights to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and products
  • Knowledge of life insurance products and structured investments
  • High ownership and result-oriented mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Attention to detail and compliance awareness

Eligibility

  • 5+ years in wealth management / business development
  • Experience in financial services industry
  • MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
