Product Manager / Project Manager

You will manage product development processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure efficient execution of projects from planning to release.

This role requires strong ownership across planning, execution, quality control, and stakeholder communication.

• Manage Jira workflows, tasks, and project tracking
• Collaborate with product owners on enhancements and timelines
• Gather requirements and convert them into actionable tasks
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize development workflows
• Coordinate with QA teams to ensure product quality
• Plan and execute product releases and go-live processes
• Collect feedback from business, product, and internal teams
• Manage sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Assign tasks and ensure alignment across tech teams
• Maintain BRDs, PRDs, and release documentation

• 5+ years of experience in product/project management
• Strong understanding of Agile workflows and tools (Jira)
• Experience in BFSI domain
• Strong stakeholder and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science
• Experience in fintech / insurance domain preferred
