Area Sales Manager – LAS Product

Drive growth and partnerships for loan-against-securities products across HNI and institutional segments.

About Role

You will lead sales initiatives for our Loan Against Securities (LAS) product by building strong partnerships and expanding distribution channels.

The role focuses on high-value client segments including HNIs, family offices, PMS, AIFs, and financial advisors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Build partnerships with IFAs, stockbrokers, PMS teams, and wealth managers
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal processes

Requirements

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of LAS products and financial services
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership

Eligibility

  • 5+ years of experience in LAS / BFSI domain
  • Experience with Banks / NBFC / AMC / Digital platforms
  • Graduate / MBA preferred
  • Strong communication skills
